Following devices are not show on Home Assistant Matter integration

Zigbee TRV - ID: bf9c8ee075e05afbf97sok

Avatto Thermostat - ID: bfe34764c897cc9b20hwod

Add Matter hub to Home Assistant but these two device are not showing.

It possible to fix it?

Both Work well! (the TRV need a battery replace but after it perfect!)

I also found a other device, that not see in HA. A 6 CH relay module. ID: bfbfe82ae37054db99sizr

I also want to ask, that if you fix these devices configuration, it work immediately , if other people are would like to use same devices?

Also, I will add this device configuration later (ID: bfbfe82ae37054db99sizr), you can also try again to see if it is normal.

My configuration is valid for all devices with the same product id. Others can normally use the same device or device of the same pid.

Note: The configuration takes effect for the specified pid. A device of the same type may have multiple Pids. A pid that is not configured may have a similar exception.

The Relay board work well!!

But, the TRV that before add it (andf i said that it work after battery replace) it have some problem. It seems read the data , but we can not write (control it) Here the ID: bf9c8ee075e05afbf97sok

In addition, since it has been two days since your exception occurred, the data in the gateway has been overwritten, so please help us to do some operations:
(1) Restart the gateway.
(2) Reproducing abnormal issues;
(3) If the anomaly reappears, you will immediately reply me with the device id and abnormal time.

seems better now. I able to control the device via HA, but if i change something on Tuya app or Physically, it not show on HA interface.

Can you describe this phenomenon in more detail?(For example, which specific data and feedback comparison between the two sides)

If I start the heating in HA, for example, it does it properly. But if I set it on the TRV or in the app, it doesn't go into the HA.
