SmartThings, Moes Matter not working - Matter Thing

I have a SmartThings v3 hub with firmware 000.057.00014 and Moes Tuya hub running firmware v1.12.6.

It is seen as a matter thing in SmartThings.

Would you be able to add my Moes Hub to the whitelist to enable firmware updates?

I have added an upgrade whitelist for your gateway. Please update the test.

The two devices have also been configured with configuration files. Please unbind the devices after the gateway upgrade and try again.
