MMwave sensor showing low battery

I have a zigbee presence sensor MMwave virtual ID eb96605b4299439c32bv6l connected to the Hub Zigbee ID virtual eba6ffcbd9c94db8be2dxl. When exporting to ST by Matter the sensor is shown without battery but the sensor is not the battery, it is connected to power.
Can you help me?
