Hello. Both PIR sensors you mentioned now support Matter bridging. However, you are using a Zigbee gateway rather than a Tuya Matter gateway.
You will need to purchase a Tuya Matter gateway and bind the devices to it, then use the Matter sharing feature to share the Matter gateway with Samsung SmartThings for the devices to appear on the SmartThings platform.
