Lock doesn't export to Smartthings by matter hub

We’re experiencing several issues when the lock is exported to SmartThings:

  • The history is empty. It does not record opening times.
  • The status is incorrect. It shows as “not fully - locked” all the time.
  • It reports the battery as 1%, instead of the correct level.
  • Unlike Yale locks, which work with Samsung Wallet, this one keeps showing errors and appears offline in Samsung Wallet.

In summary, the export via Matter presents multiple inconsistencies and is far from offering the same functionality as a Zigbee lock paired directly with the Samsung hub.
