[Support] - Curtain Switch

Hi everyone,

I`m seeking support for a Moes Curtain Switch (id: eb318a6ca7d988a4a7rf39) that is paired to my M6 Hub and shared via Matter with two other platforms.
First problem is that the open and stop commands are swapped in the other plataforms, i.e.: I need to click stop in order to open the curtain.
Second problem is more annoying, the relay goes offline anda just come back with cycle powering, not even the repair button works.

Hope someone can help me.

The device ID is eb318a6ca7d988a4a7rf39. Any guess on why is going offline out of nowhere?
