Hello!
Around 14:50, only the addition of Google was seen, but no logs of Google controlling the device were observed.
There are a large number of devices in the gateway. To facilitate better troubleshooting, could we only add a few devices, say two?
When there are only a few devices left on the gateway,

  1. Can Google control them?
  2. When controlled by the Tuya APP, does the Google Home app have any response?

To answer to qigong,

  1. I cannot control any via google home if I direct connect to the matter hub, Only Tuya app is working. But connecting via Tuya account in Google home works.

  2. No, there is no response in Google home. It just shows offline. Be it I on/off via Tuya app.

Just to clarify:

  • My Google home has all the devices connected via Tuya cloud account. I am still able to control my devices in Google cloud.

But if I were to connect directly Google home <> matter hub itself all the devices shows offline

I upload some screenshots for more clarity

Update: I just tried with Home Assistant Green. It works fine. But I not sure why Google home shows offline

We are currently investigating this issue together with Google. If possible, you can use Apple's Matter device HomePod instead of the Google speaker for the test.

You may now restart the gateway to disable debug logs. Thank you for your patience.
