I tried many times to integrate the M6 Hub into Homekit without success, it keeps giving me error. and i have attached a video for this.
But is there any difference with Matter instegration with Home Assistant and Apple Homekit? since matter is a unified protocol for all these.
And as i mentioned before i can see the Knob dimmer as 1 single color light, and i can only read the level feedback but not able to control it from Home Assistant.

If you can add the hub to Home Assistant but not to Apple Home, after ensuring that the hub and HomePod/Apple TV are on the same WiFi network, you can check whether the hub already has Apple-related certificates and delete them (see the attached zip file), or you can reset the hub.
If these steps still do not work, you can contact the manufacturer (zemi smart).
In addition, I cannot determine from the video which device is the knob dimmer you described. Could you record a video of its operation and display status?
