Hello, i have zemismart zmhk-01 zigbee hub and i have connected moes star ring zigbee switches, they show on the app but they are unresponsive, its not a connectivity or network issue and i have tried resetting and re-pairing them several times. Might be a compatibility issue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Please reproduce the operation again and provide the gateway ID and binding time. We will check it.
