Moes matter bridge to Smartthings
Hello,
I’m also encountering the same problem in this thread.
https://www.tuyaos.com/viewtopic.php?p=19088#p19088
There is an issue when bridging Zemismart Matter over Thread blind motors (connected to a MOES Matter hub) to SmartThings via Matter Bridge. In SmartThings, the MOES hub and all four blind motors either immediately go offline, or if they stay online, the four motors are only recognized as generic "Matter Thing" devices rather than actual blind motors. As a result, they cannot be controlled properly within SmartThings.
However, when using the same Matter Bridge setup with platforms like Home Assistant, Apple HomeKit, or Google Home, the devices also appear as "Matter Thing" but can still be fully controlled as blind motors. This issue seems to be specific to SmartThings and started occurring around late June to early July.
Currently, I’ve worked around the issue by individually pairing the four blind motors directly to SmartThings via Matter, and they function correctly this way. But I would like to know if it’s still possible to use the MOES hub as a Matter Bridge in parallel, as I was able to do so in early June without issues.

Can you help me figure out what’s going wrong or provide a solution?
