I am reaching out because I am experiencing an issue while trying to export devices via Tuya’s Matter Bridge to my Aqara Hub M3. I currently have 8 devices that I want to export: 6 smart plugs and 2 three-channel switches.

The 6 smart plugs are exported successfully.

But the 2 three-channel switches are not being recognized or exported to the Hub M3. I have retried the process several times and restarted the devices, but the issue persists.

You need to share your tuya gateway and not working devices virtual Id. you found it on tuya app. open device, top right, settings, Device information, Virtual ID

Hello, I have added bridging support for the two switches and smoke alarm. You can restart the gateway to verify.

Hi There,

Didn’t work, could please check the Hub Matter Firmware ?

This is Aqara’s R&D Team report:

“On/Off Light Switch device type" — your device belongs to this type. After consulting the R&D team, we learned that Tuya did not fully comply with the standard Matter specification, which results in incompatibility.

According to the standard Matter specification, the "On/Off Light Switch" device type does not include the on/off server cluster—it only includes the on/off client cluster. However, Tuya has forcibly added the on/off server cluster, which violates the standard protocol. We recommend consulting Tuya's development team for further clarification.”

What Matter Version is this hub running?

Re: Support Request – Issues Exporting Devices via Matter Bridge

Hello, we have configured the settings according to the adaptation conventions on platforms like Google and Apple. As you mentioned, the devices work normally on your Sonoff iHost platform, so we don't believe this is an issue with the Tuya platform.

The switches works when hub is ihost but when is Tuya Matter Hub they doesn’t. It not a device (switch) problem is a Hub matter version problem.
