Battery status is all the time 0 percent, and door lock status is abnormal, plus you can't open it or close it.
This lock is connected to the Moes hub by the thread network, and then I shared it to the Aqara Matter controller.

Battery status and door lock status is correct now, but it's still not possible to open or close the lock.
Hello, can you normally lock and unlock doors using the Tuya app? Are you currently pairing the door lock with the Tuya Moes gateway, then sharing the Tuya Moes gateway with the Aqara gateway? Which app are you currently using to control the door lock?

yes it's paired with Moe's gateway then shared to the aqara hub with matter, I can open and lock it with tuya app without problem but only this, battery level is not showing in Tuya app, I use tuya app for automations with this lock, I can control this lock with aqara app over Bluetooth if I'm close to the lock.
