QR Code-Based Login Authorization whitelist

I Have Created an SDK Apps that using smartlife sdk
when i want to add android central control device,
an error message session expires is returned.
after some googling i have found this documentation

after reading the documentation, its say my app need to be add to the whitelist
but it not clearly stated how to do that
could some one help me, how i can do that?

This requires configuring the appid whitelist in the central control screen application to allow the App you developed to scan the code and authorize the central control screen to log in. It is recommended that you first try to contact the manufacturer of the central control screen you purchased to initiate the operation.

Thank You for your reply, can you show me the step,
when i search all on product development menu at tuya development platform
i cannot find that whitelist menu
is that menu on tuya developer platform or, on Wind IDE?
