Tuya Wi-Fi 3rd generation electric motor SmartThings not connecting

I connected a Tuya Wi-Fi 3rd generation electric motor to SmartThings via C2C using the Tuya Smart app, but it is not connecting and does not show up in SmartThings.
It appears in Google Home through C2C without any issues, but only SmartThings does not show it. Is there a reason for this?
