I have two curtains that are constantly offline/unavailable in the Apple Home app via Matter.

Hub Tuya: ebde6fc7b520e478afui5r (HUB Matter Nova Digital)
Curtain 1: ebade84c8abef63a52tuaq (Bat. Curtain Nova Digital)

I often have to press the pause button on the remote control to wake it up and re-sync its status in the Apple Home app. Please help!!

From the log, I can see that the network connection quality of the gateway is not very good and it often goes offline. You can check the network connection issue of the gateway itself.

As I mentioned, it's always connected via cable (using two internet connections, with one acting as a failover).
