I`m seeking support for a Moes Curtain Switch (id: eb318a6ca7d988a4a7rf39) that is paired to my M6 Hub and shared via Matter with two other platforms. This swithc keep going offline every 3-4 days, and just return to function if I power cycle it. Neither the pairing button works.
Could you please support?
