Hello,
Does Tuya already support matter 1.3? If so, could you fix the configuration for this water leak sensor (ID: bfd90afde58bfbfebejayq). It's currently showing up as a contact sensor.

Hello, we are unsure whether third-party ecosystems such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung, etc., have all supported this device type, so we are unable to make changes at this time.

Okay, I understand. I have one more issue. HomeKit keeps showing “no response” for the Tuya contact sensors. This problem doesn’t occur with the non-Tuya sensors, and all of them are connected to the same gateway. Could you check what’s wrong with the Tuya sensors?

Non-Tuya sensor: bf8ffda8056ef04456g6d4
Tuya sensor: bfee9de27b3494c350cwnu
Gateway: bf815634eb371e98dfacag

Also, the scene button (bfaddd43e36d80e9e9tq1x) is showing “no response” as well.

I observed that these devices all went offline around 2025-09-28 17:56:46:178
and came back online around 2025-09-28 18:05:42:007z. Their offline periods were remarkably consistent, leading me to suspect network issues as the cause.

All these devices are around the Zigbee router, so it can’t be a range issue, especially since the problem occurs only with Tuya sensors. Since the non-Tuya sensor works correctly, I think the issue may be related to the configuration of the Tuya sensors.
