I guess it's due to the power consumption data not being reported. You can trigger it actively or wait for a while to see. I will continue to follow up on your question tomorrow.

I've noticed that all your devices are offline. Please keep them online to avoid missing the battery power reporting moment. This logic is determined by the device side. I'm the development engineer of the gateway and I'm not clear about the battery power reporting mechanism of the devices. We can only wait for now.

The sensors were in hibernation. I removed the batteries, now it shows 100% in API Explorer, but 20% when exported.

Have you followed the previous operation to remove the device from the gateway, reconfigure and bridge it to ensure the configuration takes effect?

I changed the hub and the sensors continued with the value of 20%, today they appeared with the value of 100%.
